These 65-units will accomodate various sized families in the two, three, and four bedroom apartments with on-site parking space.  Of particular importance, tenants will enjoy the energy efficient design features, such as windows, insulation, heating and cooling units, and ENERGY STAR rated appliances.  Additionally, many of the units are ADA accessible and/or adaptable.

The plans for the separate community building include a specifically-designed children's "Head Start" facility, meeting rooms and management office space.

To support these new units, the City of Stockton invested $5.8 million towards development by combining funds from California Housing Enabled by Local Partnership Program, HUD's Home Investment Partnerships Program, Redevelopment Agency, and Strong Neighborhood Initiative.
