SEC. 1-030. INFORMATION ACCESS:
For the purpose of obtaining criminal history information concerning employment, licensing and certification as required in this Code, the Director of Human Resources and the Chief of Police are hereby authorized to access State Summary Criminal Information pursuant to Penal Code Sections 11105(b)(10) and 13300(b)(10).
