SEC. 4-078. FLAGMEN — WARNING SIGNALS: REQUIREMENTS:

Every person, firm or corporation owning or operating cars or trains of cars within the limits of the City of Stockton, shall station flagmen or place sufficient warning signals or signal bells at such street crossings within the City limits, and in such manner and at such times as the City Council may from time to time, by Resolution duly passed and adopted, designate.
