DUMPING FILL MATERIAL IN MORMON CHANNEL

SEC. 5-115. DEPOSIT OR DUMPING MATERIAL IN MORMON CHANNEL — UNLAWFUL:

It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to deposit or place or cause or encourage to be deposited or placed any fill material of any kind whatsoever within the banks of the existing Mormon Channel within the City of Stockton.

SEC. 5-116. POSTED SIGNS PERMITTING DUMPING MATERIALS — UNLAWFUL:

The posting of any signs in or adjacent to Mormon Channel encouraging, soliciting, or permitting any fill material or any material whatsoever to be placed or deposited in Mormon Channel is also declared to be unlawful and within the prohibition of the preceding Section.

SEC. 5-116.1. EXCEPTIONS:

The prohibitions herein contained do not apply to earth fills of Mormon Channel made under the supervision of the Director of Public Works.
