Sale and Use of Safe and Sane Fireworks

On Tuesday, May 4, 2010, the Stockton City Council approved an ordinance for the sale and use of Safe and Sane Fireworks within the city limits of Stockton.

The application period for non-profit organizations to apply for a permit to sell Safe and Sane Fireworks closed May 20, 2010.
