Historic Preservation

The Cultural Heritage Board (CHB) primary responsibilities are to provide design review and guidelines for alteration to historic properties and to identify and recommend historic resources and districts for City designation. 

Historic Nomination

Historic Nomination for Historic Landmark, Historic Site and Structure of Merit is initiated by Council, Planning Commission or Cultural Heritage Board or by filing of an application by any person or entity.
