Administrative Services Department
The Administrative Services Department provides a variety of services to the public and other City departments, including:
- Directing City financial planning efforts
- Generating revenues: billing, collecting, investing and disbursing all funds
- Reporting on accounting and financial activities
- Refund Requests
- Utility Billing
- City Taxes, Utility Users Tax, Business License Tax, TOT, TBID
- Accounts Receivable, including: Animal License, Parking Citations, City Fees, etc.
- Coordinating the City's purchasing activities
- Administering long-term debt, Landowners Information Form
- City Fiscal Policies: Land Secured, CIP Debt Financing, Investments, Municipal Utilities Department Reserve, and General Fund Reserve
- Payroll and Accounts Payable
- Debt/Investment/Cash Management
- Information Technology
